This is a cost effective way to add multiple email address to your account that can be managed by you.
Branded emails allow your business to look more professional and also ensures more opportunity for your email customers and contact list to see your brand name.
This video tutorial will walk you through setting up your pop3 email account with your free gmail account.
Go to Settings > Accounts and Import
Scroll down to “Check Mail from other accounts”
Click ‘Add a mail account’
Enter in your email address > click ‘next’
Enter in the settings for Incoming Server which can be found below:
Username: xxxx@yourdomain.com
Password: Use the password shared for your email account.
Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com
IMAP Port: 995
Click ‘add account’.
On the next screen select yes and click ‘next’.
Add the name you would like to use for the ‘From’ email field > select ‘treat as an alias’ > click ‘next step’
Enter the settings for Outgoing Server found below:
Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP Port: 465
Username: xxxx@yourdomain.com
Password: Use the password shared for your email account.
Refresh your gmail account and click the link in the email to confirm using the email address.
That’s it. You’re set up.
